Three Centralus Health hospitals have earned the Leapfrog Group’s new Full Transparency badge, recognizing their commitment to publicly reporting information about patient safety and quality.
Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Cayuga Medical Center and Schuyler Hospital each received the badge after completing, affirming and submitting all sections of the 2026 Leapfrog Hospital Survey.
The Leapfrog Hospital Survey collects information from hospitals on a range of safety and quality measures and makes participating hospitals’ results available to the public. Hospitals receiving the Full Transparency badge are also identified in featured search results on Leapfrog’s Hospital and Surgery Center Ratings website. The badge is provided by Leapfrog at no cost to organizations that meet the criteria.

The Full Transparency badge was introduced by The Leapfrog Group to recognize hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers that fully participate in Leapfrog reporting. According to Leapfrog, making performance information publicly available can help support improvements in patient safety and quality while giving patients greater access to information about health care organizations.
The recognition reflects a shared effort across Centralus Health to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain openness with the communities the health system serves.
