Centralus Health is proud to announce that both Arnot Ogden Medical Center and Cayuga Medical Center have received national recognition from the American Heart Association (AHA) for excellence in stroke care and diabetes management through its Get With The Guidelines® initiative.
Arnot Ogden Medical Center was awarded Gold Plus with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite and Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll, the highest level of recognition for implementing evidence-based guidelines that improve outcomes for patients experiencing stroke and those living with type 2 diabetes.
Cayuga Medical Center also earned Gold Plus with Target: Stroke Honor Roll and Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based stroke care and chronic disease management.

The awards are based on hospital data submitted to the AHA’s Get With The Guidelines® program from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024. The recognitions highlight each hospital’s success in using the most up-to-date, research-based clinical guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes.
These accolades further affirm Centralus Health’s commitment to delivering advanced, coordinated care across the system and ensuring every patient receives timely, evidence-based treatment.
