The Arnot Health Board has unanimously named Ronette Wiley, RN, BSN, MHA to succeed Jonathan Lawrence as President of Arnot Ogden Medical Center (AOMC), effective August 31, 2025.

Wiley assumes her new role following the announced retirement of Jonathan Lawrence. In her new role, she will oversee the medical center’s operations and strategic direction. An accomplished executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in Nursing, Quality, and Hospital Operations, Wiley has “built a reputation for fostering collaboration, advancing clinical excellence, and creating a workplace culture that values both patients and employees,” Lawrence said. “Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes while ensuring the well-being of the people who provide care every day.”

In addition to her new leadership role, Wiley will continue to serve as Chief Operating Officer of Arnot Health as well as Chief Operating Officer of Centralus Health as part of the Centralus Health Executive Leadership Team:

▪Herb Alexander, Chief People Officer
▪Justin Runke, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer
▪Melissa Tourtellotte, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
